Meet Brittany
Brittany Maske is a Monroe, NC native who brings more than 14 years of customer service experience to the Omega family. That experience has shaped her into a strong communicator and skilled problem-solver — qualities felt across every part of her role as Office Coordinator.
At Omega, Brittany plays a vital role: coordinating office operations, supporting the onboarding of caregivers, and maintaining the kind of professional, welcoming environment that allows our clinical team to focus on what matters most — caring for our clients.
A Culture Builder
One of Brittany’s greatest strengths is her ability to create a workplace where caregivers feel valued, heard, and equipped to do their best work. With a unique perspective on what motivates caregivers and what they need to thrive, she brings intentionality and warmth to every interaction — from the first interview to day-to-day support.

Always Growing
Brittany is currently pursuing her certification in Medical Billing and Coding, continuing to invest in knowledge that strengthens her ability to support both Omega’s caregivers and administrative operations. Her drive for continuous learning reflects the Omega spirit: always seeking to do better and be better.
Outside of work, Brittany is a devoted wife and mother to three beautiful children. In her downtime, she enjoys spending quality time with family and getting out in nature — the same sense of renewal and connection she brings to the Omega team every day.
