Jocelyn Montgomery, a Monroe, NC native, is a proud mother of three sons and one daughter. She began her career in home health in 2005, becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in 2008. Jocelyn furthered her education at South Piedmont Community College (SPCC), earning an associate’s degree in business administration in 2011.
With 20 years of experience, Jocelyn has dedicated her career as a caregiver to supporting disabled and elderly individuals. In addition to her work in healthcare, she is also an entrepreneur, owning and operating a successful income tax and life insurance company.

Ms. Kay was born and raised in Monroe, North Carolina. Before joining Omega, she worked at a private home care facility and served as a nanny for three little boys. She has always enjoyed taking care of others, which has been a guiding principle throughout her life.

In her free time, Ms. Kay finds joy in keeping her home tidy and indulges in baking two things that bring her a sense of accomplishment and peace. When asked what brought her to Omega, she mentioned a former staff member she had worked with previously at another healthcare facility. This connection led her to become part of the Omega family.

A proud native of Union County, Veronica Polk loves spending time with her friends and family when she is not caring for her clients. With five years of experience as a caregiver and one year as a valued team member at Omega In-Home Service, Veronica is very dedicated to her work. Originally from Puerto Rico, Ms. Teresa has been living in Monroe, North Carolina, since 2019. She is the proud mother of four daughters and one son, as well as a loving grandmother to seven granddaughters and three grandsons. Family plays a vital role in her life, and she radiates that same warmth and care in her work with clients.

Ms. Teresa enjoys spending her time praying, reading her Bible, and dedicating herself to her faith. Her passion for helping others extends far beyond her work she has founded three Hispanic churches, one in Texas and two in Connecticut, demonstrating her unwavering commitment to building community and spreading hope.

We are grateful to have Ms. Teresa on our team, where her compassion and dedication leave a lasting impact on everyone she meets.

Do you hire W-2, 1099, or private contractors?

At Omega In-Home Service, you are part of the team. You will be considered an employee of Omega which means payroll taxes are automatically deducted from your bi-weekly paycheck and if there are any questions, we are here for you! We are fully bonded and insured and are there for you every step of your employment with us.
